Customer Privacy Policy
If you have received an email from us, you have opted-in to receive our newsletter, or you have previously registered or purchased from us. We respect your time by controlling the frequency of our mailings and only mail you about news that we think that you would be interested in.
If you have received unwanted or unsolicited email, please contact
us and you will be removed from our mailing list.
Credit card memberships:
We need the name, date and other information requested for confirmation of your account and it is not accessed for any other purpose.
Your membership will appear on your credit card account as BMCG/YAN. 'ClubStroke!' will not be mentioned.
Story memberships:
We need your email to inform you of your username and password when your story is accepted. Your email is not posted UNLESS you specify that it is for posting. Your name is never posted unless you specify. This information is used by ClubStroke! alone and never passed to any other agency or person.
Photo memberships:
Legally we need a release for each set of pictures/video we post. Without a release form your pictures/video cannot be considered. This form requires a real name and an acceptance of the terms and conditions of posting, an email for contact and a date of birth. None of this information is ever passed on. It is stored in our files on the off chance that a legal body should require us to prove that you do own the photos and we have permission to post them.
You are asked for a 'nick' name for the actual posting, and emails are only posted if you specify.
